When I receive a garnishment, child support order, or tax levy what should I do?
o Please fax or e-mail the order to us at (540) 725-1977 or email@example.com. Once we receive the order, we will set it up to begin with your next payroll or the effective date of the order. The money will be deducted from your employee's check and an agency check will be created and sent to you.
Does PMI handle my new hire reporting?
o Yes, we report new hires to all 50 states every two weeks.
Does PMI need the tax returns and tax agency correspondence that I receive in the mail?
o Yes. We ask that you fax all correspondence that you receive from the Federal, state, and local agencies to us. This allows us to ensure that your correct account number, rate, and deposit frequency is being used.
When is my payroll due?
o Your payroll should be submitted by 2:00 PM EST two business days prior to your check date.
What is your holiday schedule?
o PMI is closed on the holidays listed below. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, PMI will be closed on the Friday before. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, PMI will be closed on the Monday after.
2012: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving Day (and the Friday after),Christmas Day.
